When you join us as a Attorney Request ChartSwap, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. This is a temporary position (30–60 days).

Requirements

At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience.
A high school diploma (some college preferred)
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
The ability to multitask and complete tasks within multiple electronic billing and medical record programs.

Nice To Haves

Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that all documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient’s information is valid.
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a timely manner established by standard operating procedures.
Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests.
Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records.
