About The Position

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law office in Denver. This is a full-time position offering a flexible hybrid schedule and an established office space, with potential for future expansion. The attorney will manage their own caseload and have the opportunity to build a team as the practice grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
• Trial experience, including serving as first chair
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize an independent caseload

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned cases from the intake team
• Option to bring in personal cases for a higher compensation percentage
• Opportunity to build and expand a legal team and practice
