About The Position
The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law office. This is a full -time position with a flexible hybrid schedule and an established office space (with potential to expand). The attorney will manage their own cases and may build a team in the future.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
- Trial experience; has served as first chair
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize a personal caseload
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned cases from intake team
- Bring in own cases if desired for higher percentage
- Opportunity to build out a team and expand practice
