What you will be doing: Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions. Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery. Take and defend depositions. Appear and argue in court. Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations. Experience you will need: Excited to practice and grow your career in Sonoma County. Possess outstanding legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Prior experience or interest in civil litigation and/or trust and probate litigation preferred.
