About The Position

Clear Path Injury Law is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury cases with clarity, compassion, and results-driven advocacy. Our team focuses on delivering exceptional legal representation while maintaining a client-first approach. We are seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, particularly auto accident cases, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure a plus)
3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with case management software is preferred
Trial experience is a plus
Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
Provide legal advice and strategy to clients regarding their claims
Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and review medical records
Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement agreements
Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed)
Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
Maintain accurate case documentation and meet deadlines
