POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent in this position reports to the Stewarding Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleaning operations, cleaning pots and grills, washing glasses, dishes, and cutlery, and ensuring restaurants are supplied with clean dishes and silverware according to business needs.
