GENERAL FUNCTION: Under minimal supervision, oversees and coordinates time sensitive projects, resolves ATM hardware and software problems, provides technical troubleshooting expertise to multiple layers of management as well as external vendors. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

  • Two to four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three to five years of ATM or communication related experience.
  • Ability to analyze hardware, software, network or procedural problems and resolve them.
  • Detailed knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and electronic dispatching.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office product suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides problem resolution for hardware communication issues, moderate to complex ATM software issues, and technical setup configuration issues.
  • Interface with network control, device support, network command center, information technology, retail, cash management, and ATM processor.
  • Analyze and evaluate recurring problems using terminal availability reports, online systems, internal and external reporting to make improvements in ATM availability.
  • Diagnose ATM hardware, software, configuration, and procedure problems and take corrective action.
  • Manages medium to complex projects involving upgrading of ATMs including hardware, software, and communications equipment.
  • Provide phone support for service vendors and financial center staff.
  • Assist with ATM data analysis and reporting as needed.
