SUMMARY Complete work tasks that facilitate the completion of scheduled and non-scheduled armored services. This position will have a 3-week training period in office with hours of 8am-5pm on Monday through Friday. After the training period, the shift will be Sunday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm (Sunday and Monday remote, Tuesday - Thursday in office).

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three or more years or armored or banking experience preferred or knowledge of ATM Services
  • Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner
  • Previous armored service, banking or ATM industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Windows XP operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently
  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring for the completion of unscheduled armored services previously dispatched. This includes follow up with the armored provider on services not completed.
  • Determine which ATMs are out of cash and dispatch armored services as needed.
  • Using various methods, retrieve Electronic Journal information for armored and cash providers. This could include connecting directly to ATMs through a secure portal to retrieve the data.
  • Communicate with the Support Center to coordinate repairs or meets for ATMs not loaded with cash due to a mechanical or lock failure.
  • Process Device Manager tickets in accordance to the guidelines for tracking armored ticket data by fault type.
  • Provide non-technical support to armored technicians who call into the armored phone line from the field.
  • Answering phone calls from Armored techs and assisting with the service they are providing
  • Complete various department processes as assigned
