This is a ten (10) month, full-time, benefits-eligible position and is expected to end at the conclusion of the 10-month appointment. This job is not suitable for remote work and is expected to work regular on-site hours. Additional hours may be required to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some travel may be required. This position is designated as an Administrative and Professional and serves without a fixed term and at the pleasure of the President, pursuant to the University’s Handbook of Operation Procedures 5-1230, “Appointment and Term of Appointment for Administrative Professionals.” Purpose Assist the Chief Medical Officer, Assistant Athletics Director, Sports Medicine, Senior Associate Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Trainer in servicing the medical needs of Men’s and Women’s Basketball student-athletes with special reference to the care, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
