In accordance with established policies and procedures, provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person at the ticket office. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via phone, mail, and walk-up orders. Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Other assignments may include but are not limited to mobile ticket help zones, the compliance pass entrance, will call distribution and scanning operations. Must be able/willing to work some nights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games. Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events. Perform other tasks as assigned by Ticket Office staff. Please attach a resume, cover letter and a copy of your UK class schedule.
