Athletic Director - Head Football Coach
About The Position
Glasscock County ISD is seeking a strong athletic director who is an effective leader who combines a deep knowledge of sports administration with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They manage budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, hire and support coaching staff, and foster a positive culture of teamwork, discipline, and academic-athletic balance. They build strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the community, and they advocate for the growth and integrity of the athletic program. The athletic director is expected to be proactive, adaptable, and driven by a commitment to student-athlete success both on and off the field.
