About The Position

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Arkansas teaching license and required coaching certifications (ADE, AAA/NFHS) Head coaching or coordinator experience preferred. REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Athletic Director TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 240 days; salary and benefits per Paris School District policy. ESSENTIAL TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide effective instruction aligned with the district curriculum. Use a variety of teaching strategies and adjust based on student progress. Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment. Collaborate with grade-level and department teams. Implement district initiatives and monitor student learning.
