Originally established around its flagship presence at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Sport Beach has evolved into a year-round business — expanding into new markets and moments, and partnering with top companies to integrate athletes into meaningful business, marketing, and cultural conversations. As this platform continues to grow, Sport Beach is seeking a highly adaptable, detail-oriented operator to support the Athlete Partnerships function during a critical period leading into Cannes. This role will serve as a right hand to the VP of Athlete Partnerships, helping drive execution across talent strategy, partner coordination, and on-site delivery. This role blends strategic support with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating athlete outreach, tracking conversations, and maintaining partner communications
  • Support the development of athlete and brand materials (briefs, decks, one-pagers)
  • Contribute to idea generation around athlete activations, programming, and brand integrations
  • Build and manage detailed athlete itineraries across travel, programming, and meetings
  • Help coordinate on-site schedules and ensure seamless execution during Cannes
  • Support real-time problem solving and adjustments across talent, partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana) including notes, status updates, and contact tracking
  • Manage and cross-check key datasets (athletes, agents, brands, schedules) to ensure alignment across teams
  • Help streamline internal tracking systems and processes
  • Assist in building and refining presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with evolving programming and partnerships
  • Act as a core member of the Athlete Partnerships team on the ground
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across athletes, agents, and brand partners
  • Jump between roles as needed — from talent support to partner coordination to live problem-solving
  • Help create a seamless, high-touch experience for all talent and partners
