The Crown Is Yours As an Associate Analyst on the Brand Partnerships team, you’ll help drive revenue across DraftKings digital advertising assets by managing operational processes, media plan packaging, and pricing strategy. You’ll partner closely with Account Management, Campaign Management, and Finance teams to ensure media plans are executed efficiently and aligned with advertiser goals. In this role, you’ll analyze advertising and content performance data to uncover insights that inform strategy and support the business's continued growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory pricing and availability while partnering with Account Management to support media plan packaging and strategic recommendations.
  • Review and provide final feedback on media plans presented to potential advertisers during the pre- and post-RFP process.
  • Partner with the Campaign Management Team to identify optimization opportunities and help ensure advertiser KPIs are achieved.
  • Review and approve advertiser insertion orders, providing timely feedback and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely monthly invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in the CRM and order management systems.
  • Build and distribute sales and inventory reports across the organization, highlighting key insights and performance trends.
