Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of being detail-oriented in project management, reporting, and a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through.
  • Experience managing project budgets and reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of software development processes – especially Agile and Scrum practices is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.
  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring completion of projects on time, budget, and scope.
  • Engage with a broad set of stakeholders across Banking and Moody’s Analytics.
  • Publish required project documentation and provide reporting cadence and distribution structure aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage escalations, project/scope/requirement changes, and issue logs to ensure adequate attention is directed towards impediments with potential impact to time/quality/resources.
  • Manage communications to all levels of stakeholders, proper issue tracking/reporting, and stakeholder validation of project progress / new business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead efforts to communicate and implement them.
  • Pursue, drive, and report on financial and project reporting efforts across various stakeholders.
