About The Position

Austin Oaks Hospital is seeking qualified, energetic candidates for our Assistant Director of Clinical Services. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services is accountable for the leadership and strategic management including ensuring the strategic direction and planning of inpatient program services. In collaboration with the DON, Medical Director, Director of Clinical Services, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program focused referral development activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health area from an accredited college or university.
• One of the following licenses in Texas: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferably LCSW or LPC-Supervisor.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in the psychiatric/mental health field.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity.
