About The Position

Insure timely fulfillment of maintenance requests. Supervise maintenance techs. Coordinates projects with various stakeholders. Enforces Health and Safety protocols and practices. Maintain preventative maintenance records & report weekly. Recruitment, hiring and corrective actions when needed. Vendor negotiation and solicitation for bids for projects. Assist with snow removal and landscape for internal and contract sites when needed. Reports to Building Systems Supervisor.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including plumbing, electrical, structural, HVAC and Control systems.
• Supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of building systems maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all trades related to facilities and grounds maintenance.
• Competent computer skills. (email, MS Word and excel)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with centrifugal driven water chiller is a plus.
• Experience working with voltages greater than 120vac
• Previous experience working on a military base is a plus.
