Requirements

1-2 years of Data Entry Processing experience
1+ years experience working in a corporate setting
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Good analytical and MS Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Requires 2x a week in the Deer Park, NY office

Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that ensure timely delivery and processing of all voting received, to meet SLAs
Ensure all items are processed /prioritized in a timely manner.
Assist team with daily responsibilities if required
Perform testing, indexing, and handling reconciliation reports
Communicate effectively with Client Services/Vote Audit teams
Communicate effectively with Management about volumes and departmental needs
Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager
Ensure metrics are logged in
Perform all other assigned duties
