All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change. In this role you will develop, maintain, and provide information in support of meter reading and field operations, billing, and associated departments. Provide analytical and technical support in several systems work processes and metering systems such as the Field Collection System (FCS), the Meter to Bill process and Meter Data Management System (MDMS). You will also troubleshoot a variety of issues related to the metering processes, hardware, and software, and making recommendations to leadership, while analyzing and assisting with updating existing work practices to support effective field and system operations. Individual will be required to travel as needed.
