About The Position

This opportunity will have a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office and remote flexibility on Friday. Candidates must be within a comfortable driving distance of a local facility to be considered. This role will be based out of the locations below: Atlanta, GA - 3400 Cumberland Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 Jacksonville, FL - 9000 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32256 New Braunfels, TX- 1511 Common St, New Braunfels, TX 78130 Owns and drives the proposal and bid life cycle from start to finish while working closely with internal stakeholders to develop the most competitive bid possible. In addition to strong project management and stakeholder management skills, this role requires a strong command of the bids and proposals process with the ability to manage multiple proposals at a single time.

Requirements

  • RFP & Contract Expertise – Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value RFPs from initiation through submission
  • Technology Proficiency – Experienced with Salesforce and Loopio
  • Advanced Written & Verbal Communication – Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Organizational & Reporting Strength – Highly organized with a strong focus on tracking, reporting, and meeting deadlines
  • Business Acumen & Agility – Quickly grasps business needs and adapts to new information and priorities
  • Decisive Problem-Solving – Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions in fast‑paced environments
  • Professional Presence – Maintains an in‑office presence and collaborates effectively with stakeholders
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manages end to end proposal and bid life cycle by ensuring bids and proposals are complete on-time.
  • Work closely with internal subject matter experts to create solutions and develop strategies to win bids while complying with customer and company requirements.
  • Lead strategy and planning meetings by serving as the project manager to clarify requirements and delegate tasks to ensure bid deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Researches, analyzes, and derives insights from information to ensure company is putting together a competitive offering.
  • Supports bid and proposal team by creating monthly KPI reports and working on internal team projects to make the bids team more effective and efficient.
  • Acts as focal point for questions concerning specifics of quotes and proposals.
  • Prepares monthly reports tracking quotation activity and key metrics.
