Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education. PPL is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional leader to guide our Talent, Equity and Culture at Project for Pride in Living (PPL) and help shape the future of our organization. The AVP will work in collaboration with the CPO, Human Resources, MFIP, and leaders across the organizations to set the vision and direction for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining vibrant personnel and embedding a talent-focused culture through the entire organization. This role will build upon the successes in our important work in Race Equity and continue to drive staff on their professional and personal Cultural Competency journey.
