Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for Associate Vice President of Community Engagement to join our team! The Associate Vice President of Community Engagement is responsible for leading strategic engagement efforts with members, families, and key external stakeholders to ensure their voices are meaningfully integrated into organizational planning and service delivery. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with individuals and families navigating complex behavioral health and social needs, while also supporting and empowering member-led advisory bodies such as the Consumer and Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) and the Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC), Long-Term Services and Supports – MAC, Innovations Waiver Advisory Committee (IWAC). The position plays a critical role in advancing Trillium Health Resources’ mission by promoting inclusive, person and family-centered engagement strategies that reflect the diverse needs of the populations served. This position supports the mission of Trillium Health Resources and acts in a matrixed relationship with the Regional Vice Presidents by cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with the of the above-mentioned groups, providers, and other influential stakeholders.
