This role supports the Chief of Staff for the President of the Value-Added Services (VAS) business, driving operational excellence, executive communications, and cross-functional alignment. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, AI-native, and hungry to deliver exceptional work. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and works seamlessly across global teams. Strong candidates are versatile team players who learn fast and demonstrate a passion for designing scalable processes, automating workflows, and delivering impactful outcomes. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 or more years of work experience
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience in business operation or a related role, ideally in a large corporate setting.
  • Outstanding collaboration, teamwork attitude, and ability to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day “run-the-business” activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency and automate manual processes, including, reporting, OKR tracking and other routine operational tasks.
  • Compile and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor key metrics and ensure timely updates.
  • Draft and edit presentations, briefing materials, and internal updates for leadership meetings and external forums.
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy and Operations to ensure timely submission of key deliverables.
  • Track progress on initiatives, maintain status reports, and proactively flag risks or dependencies.
  • Prepare concise updates for leadership and anticipate needs to enable smooth decision-making.
  • Manage leadership cadences and calendars, organize documentation, and ensure timely distribution of pre-reads and action items.
