The Chicago Cubs – Ticket Service department is seeking to fill two part-time positions for the 2026 season within two preidentified areas. The Part-Time Ticket Services Associate roles will be assigned to recurring and one-off tasks specifically identified to support the Season Ticket Services team or the Premier Service team. These roles will provide consistent and reliable support service day-to-day internally for the season ticket and premier service teams and externally for existing clients. Interview & Hiring Timeline: interviews with qualified candidates are anticipated to begin in early March and target a early April start date. - The duration of these positions is approximately 7 months, beginning in April through October 2026. - Ticket Service Associates will be expected to work on-site at the Chicago Cubs Front Office approximately 30 hours/week.
