Ticket Office Associate provides customer service and enhances the SPCO's public image by following customer service policies and procedures while leveraging customer interactions to increase sales and donations for the organization. This position takes all incoming calls for the organization, processes subscription, single ticket and concert member orders, and handles customer service needs over the phone and in-person at concerts. Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing ticket orders, exchanges, and general customer service through phone, mail and walk-up sales, utilizing cross- and up-selling techniques in every interaction Staffing the box office at performance venues during approximately 4-8 concerts per month Assisting with proofing process for season and subscriptions Placing outgoing calls to update payment methods Placing outgoing fundraising calls SPCO CORE ATTRIBUTES All employees of The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra must possess and demonstrate the following core attributes in the execution of their work.
