Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding of new employees within the Manufacturing department, including training on industry terminology, gowning, material transfer, room cleaning, benchtop instrument use, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Introduce new employees to Gilead’s culture, core values, and the critical importance of aseptic processing. Support the dissemination of a comprehensive GxP training program to ensure product quality and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Participate in production processes, including equipment setup and cleaning activities. Organize and deliver training through classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, on-the-floor process-specific activities, and web-based training formats. Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, curricula, procedures, and documentation aligned with applicable regulations. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including training items, offerings, curricula, and assessments related to Manufacturing processes. Ensure training content meets defined objectives and is appropriate for Manufacturing team needs. Develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and manage Training Effectiveness initiatives. Operate effectively within demanding production schedules and strict quality and compliance standards. Support continuous improvement and process reliability through participation in process improvement teams. Maintain and expand knowledge of scientific principles to design and deliver high-quality training in support of Manufacturing operations. Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of projects aligned with defined objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, including production support activities. Maintain awareness of compliance requirements within the work area and escalate compliance questions or issues to management as needed.
