A Day in the Life As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our Operations business, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You'll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment efforts for our Operations and Supply Chain function in the USA. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or high-growth tech industries.
  • Strong preference for manufacturing/production high volume recruiting experience
  • Strong business acumen-you understand how talent drives business success.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
  • A knack for balancing speed, quality, and a consultative approach to hiring.
  • Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.
