About The Position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Risk team is part of Human Resources and includes Policy & Control Management, Quality Assurance, Candidate Integrity & Investigations, and Issue & Event Management for the Talent Acquisition organization and processes spanning the candidate lifecycle. We partner across the organization to surface problems early, contain risk before it escalates, and influence lasting solutions that enable a frictionless candidate experience. You’ll work alongside passionate teammates who are united by a commitment to process excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. As a Risk Associate, you will leverage your risk expertise to provide guidance to TA leaders and recruiters, drive project initiatives within the Risk team ensuring well managed execution and contribute to the creation of efficient processes focused on risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of process, project, risk management or operations experience
  • Applies strong judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate risk and influence equitable outcomes without getting lost in the details
  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative by digging in to understand root causes rather than applying quick fixes
  • Displays comprehensive communication skills, distilling complex information into concise recommendations for applicable stakeholders, minimizing the need for iterative clarification
  • Possesses strong analytical and data manipulation skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to identify trends, drive informed decisions, and influence change
  • Builds trust and provides excellent customer service through collaboration, partnering effectively with TA leadership, HR Risk, Compliance and Legal
  • Autonomously able to deliver quality work, ability to multi task on various projects, and flex into areas of highest priority in a dynamic environment
  • Applies logical problem solving skills to break down incidents, propose solutions, and follow through to completion

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of Human Resources (HR) experience
  • At least 3 years of recruiting, process, project, risk management or operations experience
  • Certified in Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Subject matter expert in Risk Methodologies and corporate risk practices
  • At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Manage the TA Risk shared inbox, triaging inquiries and ensuring swift responses within established SLAs.
  • Provide expert risk guidance and comprehensive support for high-volume daily requests, applying a consistent approach.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly operational health metrics for the TA Risk organization.
  • Proactively identify data trends to drive change and collaborate with TA leaders on process development for risk mitigation.
  • Support the Incident Management process through organizing weekly calls, providing status updates, and creating agendas.
  • Represent TA Risk across various platforms with internal partners, including Compliance, Legal, and Talent Assessment.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly team meetings, setting agendas and ensuring effective team management.
