You are energized by the opportunity to bring structure and clarity to recruiting operations, building dashboards, refining processes, and ensuring the Talent Acquisition team has the insights needed to make smarter hiring decisions. In this role, you will help strengthen the operational foundation of our recruiting function by ensuring our data, reporting, and systems enable a seamless and efficient hiring experience. A Day in the Life: In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring that recruiting data is clear, accurate, and actionable. You might start your day reviewing recruiting dashboards and pipeline metrics to identify trends in hiring activity or areas where additional attention may be needed. You may analyze metrics such as time to fill, pipeline progression, and quality of hire, helping the team understand where the hiring process is moving smoothly and where improvements could be made. Throughout the week, you will partner closely with recruiters, Talent Business Partners, and Talent Operations to support reporting needs and ensure data integrity across systems. You may also help troubleshoot reporting questions, refine dashboards, or identify opportunities to streamline workflows through better processes or automation. You will also contribute to broader initiatives that strengthen recruiting operations, whether that means improving data hygiene practices, supporting reporting for People leadership, or exploring new tools and technologies that can help modernize the recruiting function.
