Requirements
- Entry-level candidate with a strong interest in recruiting and a passion for building a long-term career in talent acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and dependable, with good follow-through and time management.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is a plus (not required).
Responsibilities
- Review and screen a high volume of applicants and move qualified candidates forward.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and share recommendations with the team.
- Help move candidates through the hiring process, including scheduling and communication.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to stay aligned on hiring needs and priorities.
- Keep our ATS organized and up to date for accurate tracking.
