The Associate Systems Management Analyst supports the organization’s enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) built on Omnissa (VMware) Horizon. This junior level systems engineering role is responsible for assisting in the deployment, administration, and day to day management of VDI desktop pools, published applications, images, user profiles, and supporting components. The role focuses on maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of user facing VDI services while adhering to established operational standards, documentation practices, and service level expectations. Especially maintaining a required 99.95%25 annual uptime SLA. The Associate Systems Management Analyst works closely with senior engineers, provisioning teams, and cross functional partners to ensure reliable access to virtual desktop resources across supported organizations. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
