About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Huntington Beach, CA. This position involves applying change and planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions and utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination throughout the supply chain. The role requires coordination with various internal and external stakeholders including company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers, and customers. Key responsibilities include incorporating Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans, coordinating part number attributes, verifying the correct implementation of released engineering BOMs in the material planning system, and managing order releases and resolving delinquencies. The analyst will also report schedule adherence issues, apply solutions to inventory plans, analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories, create schedules for products and services, and support process improvements. This role operates under general supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: ERP, SAP
• 1+ years of experience working on SAP MRP

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors’ degree or higher
• Experience Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
