About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Huntington Beach, CA. This role involves applying change and planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions and ensuring coordination within the supply chain using Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies. The analyst will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders including customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers, and customers. Key responsibilities also include incorporating Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans, coordinating part number attributes, and verifying the correct implementation of released engineering BOMs in the material planning system. The position requires releasing and maintaining orders, documenting and resolving order delinquencies, and reporting schedule adherence issues. Furthermore, the analyst will apply developed solutions to inventory plans, analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories, create schedules for products and services, and support process improvements. The role operates under general supervision.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: ERP, SAP
  • 1+ years of experience working on SAP MRP

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher
  • Experience Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
