About The Position

We are purpose-built for financial services, already working with the world’s largest banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Ten years from now, every financial institution will run on Rogo. The Team: Rogo’s Strategic Opportunities (“Strat Opps”) team is composed of high-performing ex-bankers and ex-investors from leading firms looking to build the future of markets, financial institutions, and dealmaking with AI. This is a high-impact team that serves as a “landing zone” for talented financial professionals at Rogo (from firms like Blackstone, Sixth Street, Lazard, and Bank of America), many of whom have gone on to fill leadership roles in the business. Strat Opps professionals are embedded across key functions at Rogo – including product, go-to-market, finance & ops, and advisory – building skills, relationships, and customer context across the business and building on their finance background to become seasoned AI experts, executives, and operators. The rotational structure ensures candidates develop both deep AI/startup expertise and broad operational and leadership skills. The Strat Opps team provides successful candidates with executive mentorship and cross-functional leadership opportunities during their first 12 months at Rogo, and positions them to accelerate their career at the company and in the industry.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of front-office finance experience or equivalent as a top performer
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
  • Ability to be high-agency, autodidactic, and a self-starter
  • Strong academic performance and rigor; bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Product: feature scoping and development; permissioning systems; usage analytics; enterprise integrations; UI/UX
  • GTM: prospecting; market assessments and expansion strategy; deployment design; performance analysis and enablement
  • Advisory: account leadership and consultative relationships; stakeholder management at strategic/enterprise accounts; thought leadership around the future of finance with AI; growth and commercials
  • Finance & Ops: BD, partnerships; corporate development and M&A opportunities; strategic finance, forecasting, and analytics; investor relations and external affairs; GRC
