The NiCE CX AI Solution Engineer - Academy is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers at the intersection of innovation and impact. As an Entry-Level Solution Engineer, you’ll join a hands-on learning program that prepares you to become a future Solution Engineer at NiCE. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, machine learning and contact center (CCaaS) solutions, while learning how to connect technical capabilities to meaningful business outcomes. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and sales leaders , build technical and customer-facing skills, and make real contributions from day one. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a full-time CX AI Solution Engineer role, working with Account Executives and owning your own opportunities.
