The Associate Solution Consultant (SC) plays a key role in supporting Five9’s most strategic and productive resell partners. This early-career role sits at the intersection of technology, sales, and partnerships, helping our partners position and sell Five9’s cloud contact center solutions at scale. Your work will directly impact revenue, partner success, and our ability to grow efficiently through the resell ecosystem. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Solution Consultants in telecom, learning how to translate business problems into Five9 solution designs, deliver compelling demos, and guide partners through the technical aspects of the sales cycle. The SC that joins the team will become an expert in Five9’s own platform, capabilities, and architectures.
