About The Position

As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers from problem definition through solution design and adoption. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions, leveraging your expertise in ITSM, Agile, and modern work management practices. This role requires collaboration with technical and project teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead discovery workshops, design solution roadmaps, and provide advisory support throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your impact will be measured by customer satisfaction, successful solution adoption, and the realization of strategic business objectives. The environment is dynamic, client-facing, and intellectually challenging, with opportunities to influence business and technical strategy while contributing to internal best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in ITSM, Agile, digital transformation consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience creating solution designs, roadmaps, or architectural documentation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales or solution engineering efforts is desirable.
  • Atlassian or ITSM-related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer goals, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs, roadmaps, and blueprints.
  • Map customer needs to tools and platforms, ensuring solutions follow best practices in ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Work Management.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposals.
  • Act as the solution owner during delivery, maintaining continuity between design intent and execution.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal playbooks and solutioning standards.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and follow-on work with existing clients.
