About The Position

We’re recruiting a Guardians of the Brand – Social Content Specialist, a creative force ready to help defend and grow our digital universe across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You’ll craft, edit, and direct high-impact short-form content while also stepping on camera as a confident brand representative and creative operative. Your mission includes engaging with our community, tracking trends across the social galaxy, and collaborating with creators to keep our content universe expanding and relevant. You’ll help manage daily social activity, campaigns, and giveaways while using tools like Hootsuite and CapCut to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • Associate degree or pursuing 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building personal social media via photos and reels
  • Understanding of social media landscape and trends

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing high-quality, platform-optimized short-form video content tailored to audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant Platforms.
  • Appear on camera as a brand representative and creative director comfortable both in front of and behind the lens, directing talent and executing concepts with confidence.
  • Assist in producing engaging, on-brand content across all formats: graphics, photography, video, and written posts, ensuring consistent alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Edit content to a high standard using CapCut and Canva, delivering polished assets ready for multi-platform publishing.
  • Assist in growing our social media following through proactive community building, strategic outreach, and meaningful audience engagement.
  • Assist as directed in managing daily social media activity using scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, including post scheduling, comment monitoring, and engagement responses.
  • Leverage social comments, DMs, and community interactions as an active channel for outreach, relationship building, and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor social listening channels to continuously gather insights on audience sentiment, emerging industry trends, and competitor activity to translate findings into actionable content strategy.
  • Stay current with the ever-evolving social media landscape, including platform algorithm changes, trending formats, audio trends, and content best practices.
  • With direction, rapidly adapt content strategy in response to trend cycles, identifying opportunities to insert the brand into relevant cultural conversations in an authentic way.
  • Assist with all phases of giveaway execution: campaign setup and rules, promotion strategy, winner selection, product fulfillment, shipping coordination, and cost tracking.
  • Utilize platforms such as EasyPromos to build, run, and report on giveaway campaigns with accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with User Generated Content (UGC) creators and Influencer Generated Content (IGC) partners to produce authentic, engaging content.
  • Assist as needed with Integrate UGC and IGC assets into the broader content calendar, ensuring seamless alignment with campaign goals and brand voice
