Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on family law litigation experience.
- Active membership and good standing in the CA Bar.
- Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each client feels heard and understood.
- Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique family law needs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with integrity.
