As an Associate SCRUM Analyst, you will support Agile delivery teams and help drive efficient, value-focused execution across projects. Note: this role is a hybrid position based out of Hartford, CT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of prior relevant experience (internship experience preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery methods.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within an Agile delivery role.
  • Ability to maintain organization, manage competing priorities, and support team productivity.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Agile teams or participating in Agile ceremonies, especially during an internship or co-op.
  • Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and how to adapt principles to different team environments.
  • Proven ability to coach or guide others, even informally, in adopting Agile practices.
  • A proactive, team-focused work style with the ability to anticipate needs and help create a positive delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery, ensuring the team is consistently delivering value in the shortest possible time.
  • Serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and requirements.
  • Act as a coach and facilitator for the development team, helping them adopt and execute Agile practices effectively.
  • Ensure team members understand sprint and project objectives, encouraging cross-functional accountability, strong collaboration, and iterative progress.
  • Maintain the product backlog and release plan, and support productivity by scheduling and facilitating meetings, ceremonies, and team rituals.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s ability to achieve sprint goals.
  • Foster adaptability within the team and help them respond effectively to changing needs or priorities.
  • Perform work assignments of minimal complexity under close supervision, developing skills and experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Carry out assigned tasks as directed, demonstrating growth and emerging professional judgment.
