What You Will Achieve Join a collaborative laboratory team where you will perform mammalian cell culture, reagent preparation, and routine laboratory activities that enable high‑quality scientific work supporting vaccine development and clinical testing. In this role, you will work within a regulated laboratory environment, following established quality and compliance expectations while supporting reliable day‑to-day laboratory operations. You will support laboratory documentation and data practices, including protocol and SOP review, data analysis, and archiving, while contributing to troubleshooting efforts, qualification activities, and laboratory projects. Through collaboration with team members, participation in meetings, and completion of required training, you will continue to build technical, communication, and teamwork skill s—growing your impact within a supportive, team‑oriented scientific environment How You Will Achieve It Perform mammalian cell culture, reagent preparation, and other assigned laboratory activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform job responsibilities in compliance with GxP regulations. Maintain a detailed inventory of reagents and order laboratory supplies, as needed for daily laboratory operations. Review documentation associated with protocols and SOPs, including data archiving, data review. Collect and analyze data to support troubleshooting, qualification, and other lab projects. Present results at group meetings and project meetings. Write monthly progress report if applicable. Build team skills and collaborate effectively within the work group. Stay current on all departmental and corporate training. Follow procedures for assigned tasks and seek guidance when necessary.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in life science (e.g. biology, cell biology, immunology, virology, microbiology) with 0-2 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cells, aseptic technique, pipetting, microscopy, performing simple calculations, basic problem-solving
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant scientific software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical and biotech drug discovery experience
  • Experience in flow cytometry
  • Experience in bioassays designed to assess antibody functionality
