This is a hybrid role that requires some on-site work (inside our Indianapolis, Indiana office). In addition to the on-site duties, there are additional responsibilities that can be completed outside of the office, resulting in this being a hybrid role. Our Purpose is to Empower Members to Achieve Financial Success. The Salesforce Administrator will be the administrator of the Credit Union’s salesforce.com platform and develop and maintain Elements’ salesforce.com training programs to increase staff knowledge and utilization of platform. You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members: Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and championing of salesforce platform across Elements. Manage and implement customization requests. Including, but not limited to, creating workflows, triggers, automated email alerts, objects and fields, picklists, reports, and dashboards on the salesforce.com platform. Maintain detailed working knowledge of various business processes and related applications to provide technical and operational guidance and assistance to credit union staff.   Contribute to a team for translating business requirements into solutions leveraging the functionality and best practices of assigned financial systems applications. Establish and document configurations and processes to support all areas of responsibility. You will make a difference as you live out our purpose:  Complete requests for support pertaining to salesforce platform solutions. Ensure quality testing and delivery of solutions on the salesforce platform. Liaise with support vendors to ensure the configurations and processes are functioning efficiently and as intended. Develop ad-hoc reports on the salesforce platform as requested by users or stakeholders. Proactively research and make recommendations regarding new features made available with new versions or releases. Assist in training of users of Salesforce.  Develop and leverage external network for best practice sharing. Other duties as required. You will help grow the business: Follow best practices regarding change management, system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc. Monitor changes or problems on the salesforce platform and communicate any impact to credit union staff and team members. You will continue to grow professionally: Keep current with salesforce and industry trends and best practices. Research enhancements to the platform and potential impacts and benefits. Collaborate on decisions with other business units and IT leadership and implement as appropriate. Continue to develop knowledge of industry practices, products, and professional growth. Participate in appropriate learning opportunities and certifications to maintain expertise.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services software solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to flourish in a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers as necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Preferred.
