As an Associate Rotational Engineer, you will build hands-on experience in electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and project management within power generation and utility operations. Through a structured 24-month program, you’ll rotate across assignments that expose you to real-world engineering challenges, capital projects, and plant systems. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations
• Interest in project management, engineering design, and plant operations
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Willingness and ability to relocate upon completion of the program

Nice To Haves

• Internship or co-op experience in power generation, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Exposure to project management principles or tools
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic or extracurricular activities
• Interest in building a long-term career in the energy or utility industry

Responsibilities

• Rotate through assignments focused on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and engineering project management
• Partner with engineers and project teams to support power plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects
• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing engineering projects to improve performance and reliability
• Analyze system data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical engineering solutions
• Collaborate across teams to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
