We are looking for a motivated Associate Residuals Account Manager that would be responsible for providing personalized client service by building client relationships, while monitoring and anticipating client processing needs; preparing and processing Residual set-ups & payments of products for various distribution markets. The Associate Account Manager would be responsible for performing these tasks with a high level of work performance, reliability, and efficiency in accordance with EP policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail – Must be careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks
  • Problem solving skills – identify problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options, implement solutions.
  • Aptitude to learn the use of computer programs and applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Mathematics – High level of knowledge of arithmetic and its applications
  • Overtime – Work as and when needed

Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and provide personalized client service for all Residuals processing needs.
  • Execute client submission requests for set ups and payments in a timely and accurate manner including monitoring and tracking progress to completion.
  • Anticipate needs of team within the department to efficiently process client requests for set-ups, payments, and general inquiries
  • Maintain basic working knowledge of EP Residuals systems, software platforms and reports.
  • Maintain basic working knowledge of union contract provisions, regulations, deadlines, industry standards and requirements governing Residuals in general and for each guild; and maintain proficiency of research and proper application in accordance with EP Residuals standards.
  • Maintain professional level of written/verbal communication with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality of client information, data provided by client and all EP proprietary information such as internal residual processes, computer programs and databases.
  • Support, promote and execute expectations developed by COE leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
