The Law School Registrar's Office provides accurate academic records and policy information to faculty, students, staff, alumni, central administration, and external constituencies. Your Role on the Team Working independently under general supervision using professional Registrar student record based concepts, applies a level of breadth and depth with student record and service delivery practices, policies, and regulations. Works independently under the general supervision of the Assistant Dean for Student Services. The Associate Registrar will be responsible for compliance with the University of California and the American Bar Association accreditation instructional requirements; ensures all incoming matriculated student records are accurate and complete; manages all aspects of exam administration from scheduling, proctoring, software configuration of exams, and scheduling any needed makeup exams; ensuring that all student disability accommodations are met for instructional and exam needs; degree auditing; and ensuring all enrollment and grade change forms are processed accurately.
