Friends University is seeking to fill the Associate Registrar position in Wichita Kansas. The Associate Registrar serves as a key leader within the Office of the University Registrar, providing strategic oversight of academic records, student data integrity, and degree-related systems. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and integrity of the University’s academic history while leading core functional areas, including academic standing, transfer credit evaluation, catalog and curriculum systems, and degree audit processes. In collaboration with the University Registrar, the Associate Registrar plays a critical role in policy implementation, system optimization, and cross-campus collaboration to support student success. This position also provides direct supervision of professional staff and serves as the primary operational lead in the absence of the Registrar. Work hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and occasionally extend to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Occasional additional evening and/or weekend hours may be required/requested.
