About The Position

As an Associate Regional Operations Manager (AROM) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Requirements

Associates Degree
Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

Nice To Haves

Managed care or multi-site leadership experience preferred
