About The Position

As an Associate Regional Operations Manager (AROM) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. The AROM provides leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

  • Managed care or multi-site leadership experience preferred
