As an Associate Recruiter with EAU Holdings, you’ll support full‑cycle recruiting for both seasonal and year‑round positions across businesses. After extensive remodeling, these year-round businesses have made downtown Manitowish Waters a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round employees for multiple businesses associated with EAU Holdings.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
• Support and maintain relationships with local schools and communities to find talent.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and organizing employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions.
