BBI Logistics is expanding, and we're looking for a high-energy Sales Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle and help us build top-performing sales teams. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience (third-party staffing or in-house) or sales experience preferred. Also, open to recent college graduates.
  • Skilled in sourcing strategies and outreach—comfortable reaching out cold and building rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, goal-driven environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and judgment.
  • Organized multitasker who can juggle priorities and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Identify top sales talent through strategic sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and more.
  • Conduct screening calls and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and sales potential.
  • Coordinate in-person interviews and provide timely, professional feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and sales leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Drive job marketing efforts and work with our marketing team to ensure we attract the right candidates.
  • Represent BBI at hiring events including career fairs, campus visits, networking events, and open houses.
  • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support reporting as needed.
  • Build lasting relationships with both candidates and internal teams to foster long-term success.
