The associate quality assurance (QA) analyst is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and simplifying information related to the university’s program development initiatives. A successful candidate can manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress on assignments to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

  • 3 years’ experience in process or workflow management or equivalent
  • Experience in quality assurance and/or course testing

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience in quality assurance and/or course testing.
  • Familiarity with Asana, JIRA and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Quality Matters and other QA industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates setting up test accounts
  • Facilitates migration to testing environments
  • Creates and implements quality checklists to ensure the functionality of courses.
  • Conducts browser stack, end to end, regression, and other product testing
  • Facilitates capturing and tracking needed fixes in project management applications.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and interprets data to support Program Development’s initiatives.
  • Acts as a liaison to cross-functional teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
